The communication technology discussed that has the strongest connection with my life would have to be the cellular phone. The first feature to discuss would be Leverage. Leverage makes a difficult job easier. Communicating with loved ones is definitely a simpler task since the development of cellular phones. We can now come in direct contact with them across the globe, at any time of the day. Even compared to home phones, cellular phones create more leverage. Adaptability refers to how easily the system can be built on or modified to broaden its range of uses. This would refer to how easily it would be to create a better phone company, by broadening the original aspect of talking on a cellular phone, by adding speaker phone, or adding Bluetooth, and assessing how easy it would be to add these additional uses. With cellular devices, as long as you have the great minds to develop these ideas, actually creating them would not be too hard. Ease of mastery reflects how easy it is for broad audiences to understand how to adopt and adapt it. I would have to say that as much as cellular phone companies try, it is still extremely difficult for the elderly to get acquainted with the cell phone. Otherwise, we as the below 60 years of age level, are a very easy to adjust consumer basis. We can learn the most difficult technology very quickly. Accessibility refers to the easier it is to obtain access to a technology, along with the tools and information necessary to achieve mastery of it, the more generative it. In the United States, receiving a cell phone is extremely easy. In fact, I was simply handed over a phone from a friend that simply outgrew this old fabulous phone that seemed very high tech to me. All I had to do was insert my sim card and begin my use. Finally, transferability indicates how easily changes in the technology can be conveyed to others. Cellular companies, when releasing a new upgrade to a cell phone, does not have a lot of time until other companies find similar upgrades. Whatever is in high demand will be duplicated fast by other competitors.
