The object I choose to use to illustrate generativity was my phone- an Evo (Htc) from Sprint.
Leverage- The Evo has leverage because it makes my life easier. For example one could makes calls, email professors, play games or even watch your favorite TV show. Instead of having to use, many technologies to do these same functions such as - the land line telephones, the computer with the internet, arcade games or a television- we could just simply use the EVO.
Adaptability- The Evo has a adaptability because there are hundreds of apps that you can download so that your phone can do more things. As I stated before you can call, email, play, text, and be entertained with one device. I could also create and manage my own app. Therefore, I an able to add to the EVO.
Mastery- The Evo is very easy to master. It comes with a handbook as well as easy to follow guides when you are confused about something. With the purchase of the phone you also get 24/7 customer service.
Accessibility- The Evo is not hard to obtain. By going to your nearest Sprint store or even Best buy, you are able to obtain this product. Also if you have a mall near you, Sprint usually has a booth in the aisles and lastly you can purchase this product on line from their website. However, those product is rather expensive. I purchased this phone last year for around $400 because I already had the Sprint service. If I would have been attempting to sign up for Sprint on a new agreement the phone would have only been $200. In conclusion the phone is easy to find and to get in your possession but it is kind of expensive to own it.
Transferable- The Evo is transferable because it can be conveyed to less skilled people.
The Evo cell phone is very generative compared to many other tools.

Above is a link for an EVO commercial. The commercial basically establishes the Evo as the very first 4G cellular. In this commercial, Sprint acknowledges and celebrates all of the FIRSTS throughout time. For example, the first telephone, airplane, train, car, electricity etc.
The Gauntlett questions of identity are as follows: How shall I live? Who shall I be and whom should I relate to? This commercial gives the users of the Evo the since of accomplishment. Everyone loves to be the FIRST of anything. This commercial empowers you to be apart of a special minority. If you owned the Evo you could be apart of the groups that has also experienced the FIRST of an invention. For example, just as people in older days were the first to ride on a train, you were the first to obtain a 4G telephone.
The Evo telephone gives me a since of pride. I live in a very competitive society, and my phone is one of the few that’s on “top”. We all know that the leading phone or “ideal” phone is the Iphone and I believe that the Evo stands toe to toe with At&t’s service.

By SerenityIn your adaptability section I think you should talk more about how the system can be built upon or modified. Talk about how people can develop apps (if they can). In accessibility you might want to talk about cost factor. Yeah it's easy to walk into a store to see one but who really can afford the phone and plan? I would also definitely elaborate more on your transferability section.
Nice ad selection.
You have typo in your second to last and last paragraph; since should be sense. You also might want to talk about the S-curve/diffusion of innovation when you mention being "apart of a special minority."
Other than the above, it looks good.
