Honors Individual Study in Comm Tech & Public Policy

These courses represent undergraduate individual study for freshmen with honors (SPCM 191), upperclassmen (SPCM 390) and upperclassmen with honors (SPCM 491) interested in communication technology & public policy. They involve individual investigation of special problems.

See the course catalog for current prerequisites. In the past, prerequisites have included twelve hours of speech communication and a grade-point average of 3.25 (for SPCM 390) or 3.50 (for SPCM 491). SPCM 491 (freshmen honors tutorial) is usually open only to Chancellors Scholars, Cohn Scholars and James Scholars.
