Rivka Daar received the M.A. in Speech Communication while working in the PACT Lab as a researcher. Daar won the Top Paper Award from the National Communication Association, Student Section, for "Service with a :-): The Effect of Emoticons on Credibility and Relationships in a Business Environment." Her research work focused on data collection about wireless communication.
