James Kinzer is a J.D. student in the law school and a researcher in the PACT Lab. He also received his undergraduate degree at UIUC, where his name appeared on the Dean's List in 2003 and 2004. He is active in the American Constitution Society and is the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology, & Policy. His research work focuses on data collection about wireless communication.
