Information technology for development?


On July 18, 2003, Christian Sandvig assisted in convening "IT4D?" (Information Technology for development? at Wolfson College, Oxford University. This workshop was a continuation of our earlier workshop series convened by our research group at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford University.
