Chan, Dave

Dave Chan received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering while working in the PACT lab for three years. While at the PACT lab he was the technical lead and responsible for the design of wireless data collection equipment. In the summer of 2006, he participated in the Asia Institute for Political Economy in Hong Kong. He is certified by the Linux Professional Institute. Dave is now employed at Strata Decision Technology, Chicago.

Dave lived in Hong Kong for 18 years, a place argubly with the fastest diffusion speed, lowest attenuation, and highest density of communication technologies per capita. (Singaporeans might disagree.)
