Yeo, ShinJeong

ShinJoung is a Ph.D. student in the Information in Society Program of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She returns to Urbana-Champaign after having earned her Master of Science in Library and Information Science in 2002. Her research interests span issues related to the political economy of information, including the commodification of information, globalization and the information economy, and information policy. ShinJoung is also involved in Question Copyright, on the board of directors of Free Government Information, and a co-founder of Radical Reference.
